If you need your laptop serviced, call 1-866-257-8610. You can make an appointment to have a Toshiba representative repair your machine.  The default service location for repair is your office or school. Home when you call for service, you can have the address changed to your home.

 

These are the main features of the warranty that we purchased:

Extended service agreement, parts and labor, 3 year on-site, business hours and 2 business days. 

 

Toshiba’s service plan offers you the convenience of having a Toshiba-trained technician come right to your home so you don’t have to send your laptop out.  If an issue arises that cannot be resolved via phone-based trouble shooting requires part(s) replacement, a technician will come to your home to perform necessary hardware repairs typically no later than the second business day.
